Hi people this is a 3,2,1 based on the Slam Poets that come to our school to teach my class how to better write poems. This cost us almost 400$. So in order to do this we fun raised 100$ by hosting at lunch Prince of Bel-Air theater. The other 300$ was paid off by donations. For more information on this assignment please visit: Slam Poets Assignment

3.Things that you are looking forward to learning, developing or using in your poetry over the course of our Slam workshops.
3. I am looking forward to learning how to create poems that are fast to make and just come naturally.
2. I am looking forward to getting to know more about Greg, Beth.
1. I am looking forward to making poems more often and reading them to people.
2.Things that Greg or Beth Anne reinforced that we have already been doing in class, or you are already using in your own writing.
2. They reinforced the fact that just because it doesn't rhyme doesn't mean it's not a poem.
1. They reinforced the fact that you can be called a poet even if your work is not good, you can always improve.
1.Poem that you wrote yesterday. Here is your chance to continue to work on step 1 of the 3 step poetry writing process (step 1 - write, revise, edit and proofread, step 2 - memorize, so you can connect with the audience, step 3 - perform!). Take some time to polish your poem from the 10 minutes of writing you did yesterday.
